Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While I appreciated the convenient parking and the proximity to Winter Park resort, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired and the front desk staff were not helpful. The dining options were also subpar, making for an underwhelming experience.
The hotel is a cozy spot for a ski trip, with easy access to the slopes just across the street. While it has a charming atmosphere and a convenient shuttle service, the rooms could use some updates. The hot tubs offered a nice place to relax, but there were issues with cleanliness and room furnishings that detracted from the experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious rooms with nice views were definitely a highlight, and the cleanliness of the shared facilities was commendable. However, the service left something to be desired, particularly with unwelcoming front desk staff. Moreover, while the location was convenient for skiing, the dining options were quite limited and not very appealing in terms of quality. Overall, I feel it holds potential but needs improvements in service and dining.
This hotel offers a fantastic ski experience with easy access to the slopes and a variety of family-friendly activities. The picturesque views from the rooms are a definite highlight. However, the accommodations are in dire need of updates, and some of the amenities were disappointing. Overall, it has great potential, but improvements are necessary to match its pricing.
During our recent stay, I appreciated the lovely views from our room and the convenient shuttle service that made getting to the ski slopes a breeze. The staff was kind and attentive, which added a nice touch to our trip. However, the hot tub water was way too hot, and the overall facilities felt a bit dated. Despite this, the affordability of the hotel compared to others in the area made our stay quite a deal.
